We have made a changeover to IPv4, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds. Please send us a feedback if the error is stil present.

Stephan123456 Your modem was already replaced in August 2022 for the same reason. Can you please make a CNLAB speedtest measurement series with the Windows laptop that has the interruptions according to the following instructions and send us the CNLAB UID for further analysis?

Was the cable (antenna cable) and the power supply also replaced in August?

I did what you told me and tried for about 1.5 week but still the internet connection stops regularly. The WIFI connection remains, but the data no longer flows. In the modem I get the same message as in the photo from 1.5 weeks ago.

No in august 2022 the modem was replaced because it didnt work anymore. It was completely dead at that time.

When I make a speedtest, what I often do, it is OK I always use the speedtest from Ookla. When the Internet is stable the speed is good (300 Mbit). I also replaced the cable and the power supply when I replaced the modem in August.
