pato JackF I hope you mean WPA2 key and not WEP? In any case, here is the manual https://www.upc.ch/pdf/support/en/manuals/internet/connectbox/connect-box-manual.pdf and check page 29 for the settings and the key. If it’s still on default settings, you should also find it printed on a sticker on the bottom.
