UPC Services have not been working in my locality (4052 Basel) from 13 Jan, 2023 afternoon.
During the first day, UPC Service Status page was indicating that there was an outage ().
And then from yesterday, it started to report all services are online.
From My UPC Login page, it indicated that Connect box set up issue was detected and recommending to fix following the steps ().
I tried following them without any luck and called UPC Support helpline twice now, on which they confirmed that the outage has not been resolved.
Firstly, it has been really frustrating that outage lasts for this long and then there is misleading communication as well.
Please kindly keep the Service Status honest.
Further, I would suggest to also notify the customers directly after such long outage recovery. It’s the customer friendly way.
