Writing here as call center support has no idea how to help me.
In recent few weeks my internet speed and stability is terrible. I did no changes on my side. I’ve called support and they could only check my cables or replace the router, that’s where their expertise ends.

After reading the topics on his community I’ve learned that either writing here or having a technician to come over should help with this issue. As I mentioned I’ve hot a new router with new cables so definitely device is not the problem here. Unfortunately UPC sees my internet in the system as working perfectly and they will not send a technician unless I pay. Yes, they want me to pay for an issue I did not cause. Support also does not want to help me further.
Please advise me on what should I do at this point.
