    Hi, I don’t get any email from

    no-reply@accounts.nintendo.com

    for instance, for getting a confirmation code.

    Somebody can help? I tried at least 20 times, it didn’t go through

      Have you checked your spam/junk-mail folder? It could’ve been recognized as spam and sorted out.

      Are there other addresses that you can’t receive E-Mails from or is it just this one - or maybe “no-reply@…” mails in general?

          Hi thanks for the answer. Yes I have tried. There was nothing. It doesn’t happen with another email address I have. I recently noticed that the same happens with a similar email from Sporlrify.

          I have to mention that I am abroad, that I recently changed my phone number and my phone (but not my email). What can I do ?
