My internet is not working for the past two weeks. I created a ticket two weeks ago, but the support team doesn’t know the root cause of the issue. The only answer I received is technical team is working on it, and we will update you as soon as it is fixed. I have escalated the issue to the second level, but no progress and I could not escalate further.
Can someone provide me with the escalation contact in sunrise support?
