I do use two Nighthawks (both with Wifi 6 standard and mesh technology) that I used with the previous Internet Box from Sunrise with no issues.
However, I do not think they are related to the issue, as, during all the latest tests with Wifi and general internet connection quality tests, they were not even powered up (I was using just the Connect Box 1 Wifi, no extenders).
In any case, reviewing the Network log on the Connect Box 1 I saw the following entry (Critical type):
No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out; {then following twoMAC addresses)
This entry, if I’m not wrong, is related to the Internet connection poor quality or something wrong with the cable socket (or cable, but I followed the instructions given with the router).
In addition, I have seen the following table about the Upstream bonded channels:
Are these results correct? Are these T3 timeouts intended to be regular?
Many thanks and kind regards
