Hi, I am moving from UPC to sunrise and it is painfull process.
Now I am have to send autorization to move phone number but … of course link does not work
When I click “Send authorization now” new window is opened with Sign pad but it does not work.
I tried on computer, mobile, tablet and it does not work.
And of course no help from anywhere - I have to call and wait for one hour to receive useless information
