My wife was contacted by Yallo sales call. They stated they were UPC and wanted to switch our service to their package. My wife stated she would talk to her husband and get back to them. An hour later she received confirmation that they have moved us to Yallo. This is not what we want nor agreed to. The UPC account subscription is in my name and can’t imagine any disruption, but want confirmation from you that everything is ok regarding my contract. These aggressive does calls are unbelievable and wanted to let you. Please can you confirm that my contact has not changed
