Hello.

Whenever I am playing back a recorded TV program, but pause it (go to make a cup of tea, etc..)

When I return to the program / un-pause it… the playback errors out within a couple of seconds

And I have to restart the playback…

Basically, this happens every time I pause the program: playback crashes, you have to restart the program / playback…

    Jonathan257 We have a limit as far as pausing is concerned. When you press pause, a buffer starts internally on the TV box. If this is full (memory full), the error image you described appears.

    Unfortunately, we can not expand the buffer, because it is fixed. We recommend to stop the playback during longer pauses and to use the continue watching function afterwards.
