Wrong Billing

Since last 1 Year I am UPC/Sunrise Customer and have below plan:

Happy Home 600 - 12M :49 CHF/month and Europe Unlimited Mobile plan :29.90 CHF/month

But Since last 2 month I have been charged below instead:

Sep 2022 : Happy Home 600 - 12M :69 CHF/month and Europe Unlimited Mobile plan :29.90 CHF/month

Oct 2022:Happy Home 600 - 12M :109 CHF/month and Europe Unlimited Mobile plan :29.90 CHF/month

Hence My Mobile plan Billing is same and OK but Wifi/TV plan Billing has increased from 49/- to 69/- to 109/-

Please check and share correct Bills so that I can pay the Bill for both months

Note: My Guess is that this due to some contract clause as it has been over 12 months of plan validity, if same then please help in renewing the contract/plan Do let me know if there are any better plans available.

abhin20 The promotion for the internet, which you had for 1 year has expired and you will now be charged the price without the internet promotion.

Unfortunately, I did not receive any intimation from UPC/Sun about plan renewal.
Would you be able to adjust my new Billing plan and adjust last 2 month extra charges.?

abhin20 We do not have this option. For this you would have to contact our contract department at 0800 900 210.
