Dear Daniele, thanks for your response. The gigabox is not broadcasting the wifi as I use google nest products. Gigabox doesnt cover even ground floor in my house and upstair & downstairs was not even covered (the extenders you have send me was useless as well) so I switched to the google mesh and It is working perfectly fine.
Unfortunately I dont use PC - all I have is macbooks everywhere wife, kids etc.
Below is what I have and I think it will only improve a bit if I connect to wired lan.
Any thoughts ?
The other thing is why does not UPC share downtimes ? The customer service knows nothing and I mean nothing. The person I spoke last time (who started to shout at me saying if you know too much just fix it yourself ! and I know what I am talking about) - she was telling me no there is no outage in Zurich and I live in Geneva 🙁.
Can you check if there is something we can do to potentially reach a better u/dload speeds ?
