Twice this afternoon (between 13:00-14:00), the internet connection to home disconnected for approximately 4-5 mins.
I checked with collagues who live in the same area/postcode (4059) and they also reported internet issues around the same time.
Have there been some engineering works or is there another known cause for the interruptions?
Notes:
- that the connect box appeared to be functioning correctly, i.e. with white LED
- the devices that disconnected were two separate laptops and these are connected using cable not WiFi
- Mobile phones were able to connect the WiFi, but not able to access the internet
- Your service status page shows no problem, i.e. everything green
