Hello.

We’ve had the internet down ALL afternoon here (5512) .

Can you tell me the problem please, and have you FULLY resolved it?

Obviously, working from home tomorrow isn’t going to work if our connection drops again.

Jonathan257 it has been thé same since monday, à first outrage of 2 or 3 hours on monday afternoon then another outrage Wednesday afternoon till Thursday morning and slow internet and TV since no replay or other service available cannot play all TV channels especially HD, since Friday morning now complete outage, the technicien is coming on monday but I am sure thé issue is more serious that sunrise want to accept

What was the problem please?

AND… the internet was (very oddly) both down and up simultaneously yesterday afternoon.

By this I mean that I lost all connection on my PC, Tablet, Phone, but in the next room my partner successfully continued to work (with all that means - ie: logged into her work, video meetings, etc…)

Is this connected please?

Jonathan257 Yesterday there was a restriction in our DNS servers for about 1 hour, which led to your error image. The cause has been fixed and the DNS servers are working again.

We would like to apologize for the disruption.

It’s is still doing it, we’ve had a couple of minor (20 minute) outages tonight.

That makes me think the problem still has been resolved, even if you’ve identified exactly what the problem it.

Can you give me an update please?

Jonathan257 We can not reproduce the interruptions. For this reason we ask you to note down the times and dates of the interruptions and report this to our support (0800 66 88 66). They will create a ticket for a deeper analysis of your issue.
