Dear responsible,

I am a new customer (contract started on September 30), I signed up to the “Up Internet L” but my internet is painfully slow (55 mbps). I am not happy at all. Sometimes I can’t even open my email and I need to work from home. What should I do?

Luciaa since monday I am facing severe outrages with upc sunrise, no service is working if any at all, we are Friday and I have to wait till next monday for the technician to come but I believe thé issue is more serious than sunrise want to admit
