things turned from bad to worse…..
I took the advice you gave, went to channel 640 RTS Sat, and the download was complete. However it did not change anything at all, still unable to ‘to open’ the programmes.
Then thought enough is enough and went to B&O sales-center who confirmed that a lot, and he ment A LOT, of their customers are left high and dry on the DigiCard subject. There is no help to get from UPC except they actually confirmed in wrting to B&O that their software making troubles. So, at least one thing is certain now - it is not my TV.
Then went to the ServiceCenter Zürich to change to Horizon HD because i lost confidence in the DigiCard. I told the guy my full and sad story and he said nothing about a credit due to non-performance of UPC but could guarantee that the Box would work. Me happy and went home, followed the instruction and - voila - now i have even LESS channels than before. I called into the service-line late afternoon, spoke to a lady who tested everything and promissed to put the ‘experts’ on the matter, because this she had never experienced before. And yes, i would get a response back still today (Saturday) - but nothing heard of yet, i agree that the day has 24hrs and some 4 hours still left - so it could be. But now i thought i took the safe road, and it became even worse, i am at a dead-end and really do not know what to do. The problem is UPC created and UPC is the only ones who can correct it but …. - even the new agreement with the box is more expensive than Digicard and gives even less channels, i dont know what to say.
I know you cannot do anything, i am running around like a stupid and paying more monthly fee and getting less and less for the money.
I will start checking rates/prices from other providers as this is really turning into a joke now and is really annoying.
