Internet connection poor, low band width and absent for upto 3 or 4 hours!!

Poor signal, intermittent connection and periods of 1-3 hours without any phone or Internet connection! What’s going on guys??? Talk to me, I have a business to run and will be cancelling if the service continues like this.

Have you tried restarting the box?
Does it blink differently when the internet cuts off?
When did this problem start?

Tried switching on and off, numerous times, re-started my LAN checked DHCP, checked connections…etc

Yes for the last 2 days the giga box has periodically gone into a flashing red light mode, this has of coures been when there is no connection.

Poor service started on Wednesday evening and has got progressively worse.

Currently a green on the giga box and I am still not getting a good service.

Bioslicker This sounds like a signal problem. This means you need a technician onsite. What you could check first, before contacting support for a technician, check that the cable connections are still good and unplug and plug them back in.
