Hello,
I was a happy UPC internet customer with a 24 months contract started on February 2022 for 1 Gbit speed. My bill terms were clear: For the first year I will be only paying monthly 0 CHF for UPC but 28 CHF for TVT subscription since I get internet via TVT plug at home.
And the second year I will pay only extra 9 CHF while TVT montly payments continue.
Then, they said that all customers are being migrated from UPC to Sunrise with all conditions (speed and bill) stay same until end of the contract.
Migration is concluded 9 September and guess what?
Now my internet speed is 200 Mbit ( Internet M) and I have TV subscription. I have no clue why I have it but the Sunrise person told it is because of the process. Furthermore I received not one but two TV boxes from them (attached photo). I am super worried that they will change my conditions of bill as well. Terrible experience so far. They said nothing will change. It is also written on the webpage (attached ss).
I wonder someone in this community hepls me fix this mess.
