I have the same issue since 6th of September. My UPC Connect Box (Compal) light switched to solid green instead of solid white. Tried rebooting multiple times, to no effect. The wifi network I had at home disappeared, and so I cannot connect to the internet.
Unfortunately I cannot connect to http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.100.1 because I cannot connect to the internet. I have a network cable from my UPC Connect Box to my IPTV device, and I noticed that via the cable I can still access youtube, netflix, etc. However I don’t have any laptop that has an ethernet port anymore, so I cannot go into the settings mode. I tried connecting to the My UPC area through my computer (with hotspot internet from my phone), however under My UPC area I don’t see any option to change from “modem” to “router”. So for two days I don’t have wifi internet at home. Called UPC support service and they state they are working on this, but so far nothing changed.
Any ideas to see if I can do something to fix this problem and get Wi-Fi back at home? How could you reach the http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.100.1 settings if you could not connect to your Wi-Fi? Please note I don’t have a different router or anything, just have the UPC Connect Box. I work from home and so not having Wi-Fi is a big problem for me.
