Hello,
do you have TWO different (paid) subscriptions, or, in other words, TWO different connections to the Internet?
From what I understand, you have two different LANs (192.168.0.0-255 and 192.168.1.0-255) in your home and if some of your devices connect to one LAN and some to the other one, they will never “see” each other. They are physically and logically parted.
If this is your setup, in order to make all devices on your two different LANs connect each other, you must create a static routing or routing policy (if supported by your router).
I fear both Sunrise Internet Box and UPC Box are not able to do this, so you need another device and QNAP may be able to perform this task, acting as a Gateway between two LANs, but then you need to have it always turned on.
Honestly, I cannot imagine how this has worked for years, or maybe do not understand. what you changed in the last weeks.
Cheers!
