I think the subject says it all?

The internet has been dropping on and off all day here.

We’ve rebooted / reset the router a number of times, but it’s not solving the problem.

As an additional, I tried watching the (English) football thru the UPC / Blue app (on the TV) at the weekend, and it hung continually… I mean it would never get more than 10 minutes of a game before it froze…

Can you give me any explanations / solutions please?

Jonathan257 The signal values of your modem were checked and they are ok.

Can you please give us more information, how you connected everything and the affected devices are connected to the internet, how you notice the error, etc.?

everything loses it’s internet connection… websites you are viewing give you a “you don’t have an internet connection, check your internet connection” message, video calls / meetings crash-out…

Jonathan257 It still looks good in terms of connections and signal quality. The only thing is two devices that are connected directly via WIFI on the modem (not via the two Connect Pods) and have poor coverage. These are the Amazon Echo and the Amazon Fire HD 8 device.

Please move these devices closer to the modem or reposition the Connect Pods a bit so that the coverage for these two devices is better.
