I have no internet again. I tried phoning, and I was told I need to change the router in order to continue the process.
Did you block the old router? They said the mac addresses don’t match the ones on the system. Does that mean my router is being remotely blocked?
I have settings on that router (port forwarding and more) and I really don’t want to change the router. Could you please send a technician? Or at least try to understand the problem instead of just trying to replace everything first?
