Problem with UPnP and Port Forwarding on my Connect Box

Hello everyone, good morning.

I actually have a Connect Box, but I have two problems which until now I don’t find a solution to, so I try here if possible:

1- I need to disable UPnP but the option doesn’t appear in de Advanced settings;

2- I need to configure Port Forwarding but the option doesn’t appear in the Security.

Just for curiosity I already tried making a Factory restore, rebooting a lot of times, turning off and turning on the Firewall.

Another point, I disable the WiFi of the Connect box and I use one Router NETGEAR to improve the signal.

If someone knows how I can habilitate these two options, please let me know I would be very grateful.

Sorry for disturbing you, but I would like to ask if is possible for you to switch my modem to IPv4?

I read some articles for example:

Wich, you reply with this option. And the person wich opens the case, has the same problem as mine (about Port Forwarding).

Today the UPC support scheduled one visit, but just for the next Thursday. And unfortunately, I need to try to make these two things in my router which is not activated in my modem to configure:

1- I need to disable UPnP but the option doesn’t appear in de Advanced settings;

2- I need to configure Port Forwarding but the option doesn’t appear in the Security.

So please, perhaps if you change my modem to IPv4, maybe can solve the problem about allowing me to configure the Port Foward. If possible sure.

We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.

Hello Mr. Daniele, thanks for your help now I can access all the configurations necessary (UPnP, Port Forwarding and DHCP reservation).

About the technician schedule, I don’t know why but the technician came today to my home and it was scheduled for the next Thursday 14.04.2022 but that’s fine, was faster than scheduled, and I explain to him about the signal strength which I already installed one router plugged into the modem to improving signal (I don’t know if he understands well because he doesn’t speak so much English, and I speak only the basic german), and he decides don’t change my modem. But that’s ok because my main problem was about the configurations which now are habilitated. And I’ll continue using the router to improve the signal.

Just one last thing In your first reply, you write me “The signal of your connection is not optimally adjusted.”, it’s possible for you to check if still not good and perhaps make some adjustments online?
