For the last two days the WIFI keeps cutting out. When that happens, the App shows the errors from the Pods. In this case, it shows that 8 devices are connected to the Connect Box directly (which is not possible, so I assume it also includes the ones connected through the Pods).
POD Not Found
We couldn’t find the Connect Pod. Please make sure it is installed correctly and try again.
Sometimes the error also shows for the Connect Box as well:
When everything is “online”, even for the Pod placed the farthest from the Connect Box, the strength of the signal is “Excellent”, however there is no Internet. When things were working properly (couple of days ago), the signal at the ground floor was just “fair” but enough to hold a videocall and allow me to work. I could even pick the signal in the basement.
So far I have tried:
- Rebooting the Connect Box
- Rebooting the Pods
- Removed and reinstalled the Pods
As I write, I am waiting for Support Service to call me back (allegedly 5 minutes after we talked, 37 min ago).
