Classic channels not available

Hello,

I am a new customer and signed up for a bundle that gives acess to the Classic channels. However, only channels in the Compact lineup work. When I try watching channels in the classic lineup, such as BBC One, it displays the message: “Please contact us to subscribe to this channel.”

I have sent an email to techinical support a couple of days back, but never heard from them. Any ideas?

Hi @filizy,

Sorry, this is with the Digicard that you can do a channel scan.

Normally, the Horizon box checks if a channel is missing or updates are available after each start. As it is not the case, it’s better to ask @Anina who will check with the support as fast as possible why you don’t have the Classic channels.

I have tried a few times to unplug the box, waiting a few minutes, and plugging it back; to no avail.

I have a horizon box, and do not know how to do a channel scan, as you have suggested. I believe this would be suitable for someone with a digicard, which uses the tv to change channels, but I may be wrong…

I suggest you to restart your box and to do a new channel scan if the problem is not solved.
