  • New EPG section for the community

Dear Community

We have just opened the “EPG” section in the “TV” category. Here you can report discrepancies between the EPG information of your receiver and the actual TV program. We will forward these messages internally to the developers. The correction will take about 5 working days.

We kindly ask you to use the following template for the creation of a service ticket. Just copy it and complete it.

    On the UPC TV box, the guide works well.

    Online, when scrolling back to see what programmes were on early in the morning, the list shows empty. Sometimes it displays programmes for a few seconds then goes blank.

      No not yet, but I will as with Firefox (MacOS) scrolling back is extremely jumpy. So it could be a browser issue.

      I’ll update when I try,

      I’ve not had a totally blank section appear again.

      Scrolling back is still very jerky in Firefox. It’s better using Safari but still occasionally jerks back to the current time for no reason. However, this is not an EPG issue, so for this thread the problem is solved 🙂
