Stop my contract and start as a new customer for access to new options?

Dear UPC, is it possible to go in following way:

May I just stop my old contract with UPC, if “Minimum contract period has ended on xx.xx.2020”? I think yes.
In this case (after contract is cancelled) may I start a new contract as a new customer? Or maybe my wife may?
If I start as a new client, may I get an access to new UPC options (better Internet speed and more TV channels for less money) ?

Where is a crime in steps 1-2-3?
If no criminal and it may be done: May I just ask UPC to change my subscription to a new nice options which now I can not use because I’m already in UPC ??? without this multi-step quest?

Regarding your question, yes, your wife can take out a new subscription at the current conditions on the homepage. If you would do it after the cancellation, it would be an abuse of the promotion and could be rejected by us.
