well, as I said for several channels you anyway not have to put in the CAM, for e.g. Channel 1 - 34 will even work without. Only one of the channel 697 or 698 will work by default (depends if you ordered MySports). if you see one one of them, “installation complete” by having inserted your CAM and Card, you are fine.
CAM can be fragile in handling, in some cases you have to unplug the Power of your TV set for a couple minutes, to be sure.
If there are still screens called “no signal” it indicates still a bad signal as some channels can be destroyed by other signals like DAB+, which in end effect need a better cabling to your TV Set, also recommended is to upgrade your Samsung via Internet, to made sure the firmware is up to date.
Nerveless, also the settings in your Cam and software need to be verified. Go into your Common Interface Menu “Digicard” -> Netw. ID, made sure 43038 has been set too, then follow the screen for software upgrade to steps below. At least then one of the channel 697 or 698 should be fine. And channels like 93 (ProSieben) should work too. All others are depending on your Contract.
