Hi there!
Is there a way to disable IPv6 on my Connect Box? I checked Connect Box setting but there’s no such option. Thanks in advance for your help.

We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds. Then please try again.

Unfortunately we can not make the switch for you from Switzerland. Please contact your provider UPC Polska Sp. z o.o.

Hello, I had this done for me too since random websites would not load and I could not connect to my company VPN anymore at times.
Unfortunately, since the switch to IPV4, internet does not work at all anymore on my Win10 machine, while I believe it’s ok on my Android phone.
I did reset and restart my Giga Connect multiple times, and did reset winsocks.
I have remote work to do and this situation hard to put up with.
Could someone please look into it?
Thank you

Your modem is online since 19.05.2021 09:45. Is your request still current?

Daniele_Sunrise Hi Daniele, I just exchanged my modem for a new one but still did not get a connection on my Win10 machine vs my Android device (No internet, DNS issue). Never had trouble on the Win10 machine with any other Wifi. IPv4 was still enabled.
I called support now to get IPv6 enabled again, hopefully that will work. Waiting now for 15 min.
Hi Daniele_Sunrise
I would also like to be switched to IPv4 because I need to start using the Connect Box in bridge mode. Can you help? Thanks.
Regards,
Mark
IPv6 works for now, will see how it goes the next days.
Thanks Daniele

Good, I confirm all is done.
Thanks.
Hello, since I switched to UPC from Sunrise (before the merge) I do have constant trouble with dropped remote calls, VPN connection issues, have to restart my modem often, chromecast audio streaming is instable. I am quite unhappy to have signed a 2 year contract, as the provided service is definitely not what was promised in terms of stability and speed.
I’d like to try IPv4 again (forgot I had setup a fixed DNS address before so it did not work previously) - could you please switch me over?
