I don’t know where exactly to raise a ticket, so I am asking here.
I have been experiencing a slow internet connection for years, so I decided last year to jump from 40mbps to 600mpbs. There was no noticeable improvement at all, but in the past weeks it has come to the point where my connection is a total mess.
Work from home is a nightmare (frequent interruptions in meetings, web browsing super slow, video stream e.g. youtube getting stuck at 360p and netflix worse than what you would expect 5 years ago - lagging and super low quality). Not what you would expect on modern 600mbps connection. I feel that it is as bad or worse then what I experienced years ago on the ‘free’ 2mbps connection.
I did the usual things (such as turn off and on the router) but more often then not, it still remains terrible.
