Whenever I try to register for MyUPC I get a fatal error message. My customer number and surename have been entered correctly, but I get redirected to an error page.
Could I please get some help in registering?

Thank you for this! I’ve tried with chrome and safari and I’ve tried to iPhone app! It simply doesn’t work and I get “An error occured” everywhere!

What web browser do you use ? Can you try to open the link below on an incognito/private tab on your web browser and register you ? it’s maybe an issue with some web browsers (or not).
An other option is to download the My UPC app and try to register to it by the app.
If the problem is not solve, the moderators of the community should answer you on this topic.

I think that on the section '‘Surname’' you have to put the Surname used and written on the bills that you receive from UPC Cablecom each month.
