Port Forwarding Connect Box

Hi, I received my new UPC service yesterday and want to configure the port forwarding rules so I can connect to my NAS. Is there an expert mode to enable these options? I have found a user manual for the router online which shows options for that and other advanced features. There is no option for this on my router settings. thanks Richard

We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds. Then please try again.

As you can see in the attached picutre above,I am not able to to create a new rule. The box is grey instead of blue. How can the box be activated?

UPCNetworkUser At the moment you have an order for cable, which blocks changes to the internet subscription. As soon as you have received these cables, please contact me here again, I will then activate the IPv4 for you.

I’ve recently sent a private message to the UPC team since I would like my router settings to be changed from IPv6 to IPv4 instead, in order to be able to use the port forwarding option.

I haven’t received any feedback yet, so I would like to kindly ask if you could take care of my request.

Please contact your provider UPC Slovakia for the changeover. Unfortunately we can not do this from Switzerland.

ysl Please deaktivate UPnP in the settings page. Please then restart your modem and test it again.
