Please send us your customer number, address and date of birth via private message. We will be happy to check the configuration of your modem.

IonEc0 We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds. Then please try again.

Thanks for your support with the IPv4 switch. However, my modem seems now to be back to IPv6 and port forwarding option is not available anymore. I have tried to reset the modem. Could you check if there’s a problem? I have sent you PM.

If you are a UPC Switzerland customer, please send us your customer number, date of birth and complete address via private message. If you are not a UPC Switzerland customer, please contact your provider Idea Cellular Limited in India.
