I didn’t get offered any choice.
I’ve also just tried typing almost anything - I put “UPC” then “box” and it immediately installed “UPC DVR” which it then calls “UPC Mediabox” when I go to edit it post-install.
So I’m not being offered any choices for some reason. I can only recommend you install all three of them and find the one which works. Delete the two others afterwards.
I have the “companion” remote which comes with a hub and an iPhone app.
if yours is similar you can use the app to go into the “Devices” tab and try the ch+/- there. If it works, then you’ll need to go into the “customise remote” section by editing the relevant activity and change the button assignments which could have gotten messed up.
I’ll post which device I have my UPC box configured as later, once I’m back where my remote is!
