  • Dear Team. I am in meetings all day and by the time I finish, your staff is not available.

    I have been having this problem for months now. I have another SIM from Swisscom which works perfectly fine in the same locations. This is a bit silly now because I have to constantly keep changing to enable coverage. I feel like I am paying for a plan which I am not able to use because I can’t seem to use my phone at work or when I am travelling across the border.

  • I have a Sunrise eSim. I have EU roaming. However near the border areas, the network completely vanishes.

    This is when I am in Basel or even when I am in Lorrach. It is quite annoying and makes me wonder why I am paying for EU Roaming when the network coverage is so pathetic especially in border areas. This has been constant since the last 6-8 months.
