Also from my side a warm welcome to our Community! It might be possible that you are already on IPv6. In this case, there might be some problems with PS4, as PS4 is not IPv6 ready yet (should be fixed though with the next update). The easiest is to call our Support on phone no.: 0800 66 88 66 and ask to be switched to IPv4. That can be done easily and you can enjoy all of your new PS4 games.
