@ch-ris , No, with the UPC modem you can not set prioritizations in the network. For this you would have to use your own router.

Thank you for your post.
The UPC TV Box is designed to work with both, LAN and Wifi. But for the first Installation or for troubleshooting issues, we always recommend to use it via LAN directly from the Modem without a switch in between. Afterwards you can try it over Wifi or with your LAN Switch. Though we don’t guarantee that it works fine while using it with a switch. The original setup is the most reliable one.

@ch-ris , If you can reset one of your phones or test another one, that would be good. I still don’t see a call to our support in the system. Also, your request was not recorded in our system and forwarded to the experts.
