  • I got a new order from sunrise last week to change the product for my phone number. And I have to use a link sent by sunrise to confirm it. But there seems to be some problems with the link, as shown in the picture.

    • I bought a new IPhone 15 pro max. Then I put the old SIM card in try to convert to eSIM. But during the conversion process, It was too long, so I thought there was some mistakes. Then I clicked delete the eSIM. Then I found it shows already converted to eSIM and the SIM card doesn’t work anymore. But my phone still has no service. And in My Sunrise, it also shows eSIM activated on my phone. But I don’t have any service. Now I can not make a phone call or message. I don’t know how to fix it.

        Last month, I’ve purchased a month membership of gpt in App Store by my phone number in sunrise. But this month I can not renew it and I also haven’t receive any bill from App Store. I guess the reason I can not renew it is because I haven’t pay. Now I can not do any purchases in App Store. I would like to know the reason.
