Daniele_Sunrise Thank you for swift reply! I wasn’t able to do a TV check but I got in touch with administration to get it unsealed and currently after restarting Connect Box power light flashes in green, as well as the status light. Does it mean something went wrong or would it require just more time?

I moved to another apartment after registering a move at UPC and connected CB today (I restarted it as well) and Wifi status light seems to be working but Internet status light is blinking. I am able to see wifi network but I couldn’t log in to CB and internet is not working. Is there a step in installation that I have missed? I received confirmation that I only need to plug in CB and everything should be fine. Thank you for your help
