yes, still no resolution. I get ‘error 619: a connection to the remote computer cannot be established’
The new Cablecom router / modem has been installed and that hasn’t changed the situation. In the interim I am using citrix, but this isn’t a long term solution.

Further to my last, my new Horizon box and router arrived. All hooked up and still no luck with the VPN. My colleague tried to connect to hers through VPN and of course, no success either. I have run out of things to try, and the helpline just kept me on hold for 30 mins, so please help.

If you’re reading this, can you please look into my account - I am no longer able to establish a VPN connection from home to work - I’m not sure if this is the IPv6 vs 4 issue… as other colleagues with cablecom accounts are still able to connect from home.
