    I’m from the UK working in Germany and can’t get through to the customer service number for some reason.

    Hi I’ve been working from home all day without any issues until about an hour and a half ago where everything has stopped working.


    Haven’t had any problems until this point but now can’t get through at all and the arrows are flashing on the front of the router.


    Could someone please help me.
