- Was changed to Sunrise from UPC without my knowledge
- Sunrise sent bills to the wrong address
- Sunrise suspended my internet connection
- Spent 1h on the phone. Paid all bills (and fines)
- Reactivation doesn’t work. Took about 5 days
- A few days later I try to register a move
- Order new product for new address
- New box arrives at old address
- Bring box to new address
- No fiber at new address
- Try to call number I was given. Number does not exist
- Nobody cares
Who can help me?
