I bought a dual band router so that I can use both bands simultaneously.

Unfortunately it is not possible to use this because my UPC modem does not allow bridge mode.

The website suggests sending a message to customer service to fix this, however they do not answer any messages sent.

Can anybody suggest how to use a dual band router with UPC cablecom?

I have sent four messages from the UPC website and have not received an answer.

Does UPC answer the messages or do they just ignore them?
