    Im using the old horizon box and am missing some TV channels (esp the UK ones) and reception for others is sometimes cut. Apparently I need to change and upgrade the box, but telephone Customer Service is terrible and keeps trying to upsell me a more expensive service! Is there a simple way to request a new box?
