My minimum contract period expired already, I have tried number above but unfortunately once again I was informed that migration is not possible and I have to wait until UPC is terminated completely (which means 31st Jan). Only after then I can order new products from Sunrise, which also for the interim period I will not have Internet at home. So they did not helped me at all on anything in this matter.
It is really really disappointing that Sunrise does not care at all about existing customers - especially as there was no choice given to them while UPC got acquired.
