  • I returned my equipment (because i canceled my at home subscription with UPC) at a sunrise store and the employee didn’t give me any confirmation receipt of accepting my equipment. When I asked for it, he said that they don’t give any receipt and that everything was taken care of.
    I did not give him any information about my account, so how will they know that the equipment i returned was mine?

    I just want to be sure that I’ll receive no fees for not returning the equipment. Is this a normal proceeding?
