    From what I can see on your answer, it seem like you did all the posible options to diagnose the issue with the tools that you have around. You did it well but still I do not understand why the clients are without internet.

    At this point, I will let the support team from UPC solve your issue, I am sure that they will check if you have the proper signal, and that the account is working as expected in their system.

    I am sorry that I can’t help you more.

    About the firewall and NAS, if it was working before then it should work now.

    I would answer in English because it is easier for me to help.

    1) is your computer connected to the router over copper cable or over WiFi. If is over cable, try to use WiFi and test it again.
    2) is your computer getting DHCP or are you forcing it to have static IP? If it’s static IP check your DNS settings.

    About your question: “Kann ich manuell ein Firmware Upgrade erzwingen?”
    1) No. Only the UPC Team can trigger a firmware change or upgrade.

    About your question: “Sonstige Ideen was das Problem sein kann?”
    1) Disconnect the router from the electricity and connect it again.
    2) In some cases is better to change the configuration of the router and use is as a bridge type so you can put a real firewall behind.
