    My connect pods have disconnected since the Sunrise move. I wanted to use the Sunrise Connect App to test the network but when I open it, it says I no longer have access to the App.

    I keep losing internet access via wifi to all devices for 30 seconds to a few minutes.

      We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. After that, restart your modem. If you have difficulties, perform a modem reset. To do this, gently press the reset button on the back with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.
