    could you switch my box fromipv6 to ipv4? I need that to correctly port forward for my NAS

      We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds. Then please try again.

      If you receive a welcome letter, please ignore it.

  • In Fiber subscription: low speed

    Hi ,

    I live in Chiasso and I subscribed to a 600mbps fiber connection. With the test tool from upc website I only surf at 45 mbps! Is it normal? Shouldn’t exist a minimum threshold below legally I couldn’t go?
