  • Thank you. The numbers I put in were the ones specific to my address. I have tried the number and requested a service visit before without success and cannot seem to stop the bill every month for my ta service that I cannot use. I will ask again for a service visit.

  • Thank you. I have tried your phone number a few times over last two years without any solution. This evening I repeated what I have done on many occasions and put in the numbers as you suggested according to the table. There are no channels found at all on these settings and I have wasted another 45 mins of my life. All I want is a few channels. Why does it need to be so difficult. I attach some photos to show you some of my work and where I put in the figures. I think I am reasonably intelligent but may be wrong - how does anyone do this? I would rather go to the dentist than have another evening doing this - please help

    • There are so many boxes and steps it woudl take about 20 pictures at least some with boxes that I cannot enter figure. To save my sanity and all of our time time what about a call with video / Whatasapp to talk me through and you can see in real time or have someone come round (that I have asked for several times over two years).

      • for example teh TV asks me storage (1-several hundred), system (BG, I, DK, L), Band (presume cable, auto or manual tuning takes difefernt routes. Manual tuning seems to have different menu on it. Auto Frequency doe snot have the required frequency mentioned on website, network ID unclear from differnt options. modulation / sympol rate unable to alter or see the box.

        So when doe sgetting a TV to work become sooooooooo comlicated. Please Please help. I have tried many times over two years and it always comes back to the boxes with numbers and the numbers are not the correct ones. Thank you

        • THansk Danielle, I have tred this before and nothing seems to work. I have gone into set up manually and auto and the parameters mentioned in the wbeste are simply not possible in the TV and 2 of the optiosn are not on the menu. But I know the TV does work with UPC as the previous tennat got the TV to work

          • Thanks internet now back working. TV - has never worked on cable, I have tried channel scan but nothin happens it asks for various settings which I have no idea what to put in. My media have photos of the TV, socket and screen when I get in. As I say I pay for TV service ut have never managed to get it to work. Thanks

            • There is still no internet. Have tried rebooting the box and restarting many times with no success. No TV no internet and I need to work this weekend - any suggestions? Thank you

              • Trying to get support from UPC. I have had an account that includes internet cable and TV, but never managed to get the TV to work. Posted here before without success, never possible to talk to anyone by phone and no engineer service. I continue to pay, but would like a TV service. I have sent pictures of my cable connection, TV but any suggestions on how to get a response? Thanks

                • Thank you Daniele, I don’t have any landline number, only a mobile / cell number which is probably why you were unable to call. I am currently out of Geneva and back after Easter - happy to call directly is easier but have never been successful in getting through on UPC for a technician. Thank you!

I have over last two years performed manual search as well as tried automated with no luck. 18 months ago I did get the specific numbers in the parameters from a call with UPS but none of this works tro acces any TV stations. It also seems the same cable is required for TV and modem so cannot have internet if I was ever to get TV shows to work. I am really struggling here for two years and grateful for any technician or help. I simply cannot get UPS TV to work - have tried manual search and evrything you suggested several times. Thank you

                    • Photos attached. Cable plugged into only socket it will fit on wall and in tv. Always no signal. Tried set up with no success but even when I do it asked for specific Hz etc which I have no idea about or where to find in UPC. Also if this cable is in tv it means my modem cannot work as it needs same cable. Bought an hemlock cable extra ohobe cable no use and never any response from UPC- which is why I need a technician

                      • Daniele_Sunrise Thank you Daniele. I have looked at this and overa two year period have contacted UPC several times. I have been given frequency instructions, what module to use, it simply doe snot work. i have requested a technician without success and continue to have to pay for this service for over two years that I have never been able to use. The set up is highly complex. Any suggestions on getting a technician to look at it? Thank you

                        • I have UPC internet and basic TV account. Fir two years the TV has not worked as in no channels, doesn’t synche and never been able to watch TV. I have called UPC numerous times never any success. Not possible fir a person to visit, they don’t answer any email yet threaten me if I don’t pay the bill. What can I do?
